31 South Speakeasy

Overview

Tucked Inside St. Petersburg Distillery, our newly unveiled 31 South Speakeasy invites you upstairs into a refined, hidden room overlooking our working distillery floor, where casks, copper stills, and craftsmanship set the scene below. Inspired by the elegance of the 1920s, this intimate space blends rich Art Deco interiors, vintage glassware, and a warm, elevated atmosphere designed for an unforgettable evening. Here, our spirits take center stage in a curated cocktail menu featuring classics and modern expressions, including Old Fashioneds, Espresso Martinis, Matcha Martinis, and more. Whether you arrive dressed for the era or simply ready to indulge, this is your invitation to step back in time and experience something truly special. Be among the first to discover St. Pete’s most sophisticated new escape. Seating & Large-Party Policy 31 South is an intimate, first-come, first-served speakeasy. We do not accept reservations, and your entire party must be present before you can be seated. Due to the intimate size of our space, we are unable to accommodate parties larger than 12 guests without a private buyout.
